Welcome to Ncee EasyImport Hub. By placing an order or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Truthful Representation
Customers are required to provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders, making inquiries, or communicating with our team. False information may lead to cancellation of orders and/or permanent ban from using our services.
Defamation and False Claims
We maintain a strong commitment to transparency and customer service. However, we will not tolerate defamation, false accusations, or malicious comments intended to damage our business reputation either online or offline. Legal action may be taken against individuals or entities found guilty of such conduct.
Order and Payment
- All orders must be confirmed and paid for before processing.
- Prices quoted include only the cost of items (excluding Sea freight shipping, local delivery and clearance fees).
- Orders are final once payment is confirmed. No refunds or changes will be accepted afterward.
Shipping & Delivery
- Items are shipped from China to Nigeria via sea shipping.
- Estimated delivery time is 8–12 weeks from the date of shipping.
- Shipping times may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays.
- Customers will be notified once goods arrive in Nigeria.
Shipping & Clearing Fees
- Customers are responsible for paying shipping fee, local clearing and delivery fees upon arrival of goods.
- Good package with other shipments required collective payment before clearance. Any delays caused by any customer(s) are not the responsibility of Ncee EasyImport Hub.
- These fees must be paid directly to the shipping company or designated logistics partner before items can be released.
- If the exchange rate increases while the customer has not paid their shipping fee, the customer is responsible for covering the new rate difference.
Unclaimed Goods Policy
- Customers must claim and collect their goods within 14 days of notification of arrival.
- Unclaimed goods after 14 days will incur storage fees.
- Items not claimed within 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be sold, discarded, or reshipped at the company’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for abandoned goods.
Agreement and Acknowledgment
By engaging with Ncee EasyImport Hub, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the terms listed above. This agreement is binding and enforceable under Nigerian law.
